Technical Support and Advice Services
VITAL offers its members a full ICT Support Service outlined in the Technical Support Agreement document below:

Upon signing up to Contract Agreement VITAL will then supply the following services:
- Initial ICT Health check and Audit
- Create a full report within 10 working days
on:
- Current state of ICT environment
- Any current problems outlined
- Any future problems or possible future problems outlined
- Solutions available
- Initial Support required
- Full ongoing technical support service.
A Consultancy service is also available if required covering:
- Future plans
- Development advice
- Equipment retailers and their prices
- Training recommendations for staff members
- Website Creation and Set up.
A support and consultancy services is still available to organisations/groups who do not wish to sign up to the Technical Support agreement but at a more substancial cost.
