Upon signing up to Contract Agreement VITAL will then supply the following services:

  • Initial ICT Health check and Audit
  • Create a full report within 10 working days on:
    • Current state of ICT environment
    • Any current problems outlined
    • Any future problems or possible future problems outlined
    • Solutions available
    • Initial Support required
  • Full ongoing technical support service.

A Consultancy service is also available if required covering:

  • Future plans
  • Development advice
  • Equipment retailers and their prices
  • Training recommendations for staff members
  • Website Creation and Set up.

A support and consultancy services is still available to organisations/groups who do not wish to sign up to the Technical Support agreement but at a more substancial cost.
