Technical Support

VITAL operates a block payment scheme as outlined in its Technical support agreement document.

Brief outline of how this works :

Clients will sign up to an annual agreement and purchase a block of 10 hours support at £150.00. These hours will then be utilised by the client if and when required throughout that year. If more hours are required for that year the client will simply purchase other blocks of 10 hours.

An ICT Consultancy/Advice service is also available free for organisations/groups who sign up to the Technical Support Agreement.

Organisations not signing up to the technical support agreement service, may still receive ICT Support but will be charged at the full rate of £25.00 per hour.

Website Updating Software (Adobe Contribute CS3)                      £101.00 ex vat (Registered Charity Pricing)

Adobe Contribute software will enable the group/organisation to update the website themselves. Guidance on how to use the software will be provided on site, no prior experience is required as long as the client has basic word processing skills. (i.e. MS Word or equivalent)

VITAL will develop and set up the website at a cost depending on content and work involved, excluding the above costs.

Updating/maintenance	£15/hr

ICT Consultancy/Advice

£25 per hour (if not a member of the block payment scheme)
