Public transport: Traveline Cymru has a journey planner showing local public transport links to Merthyr Tydfil.
Parking information: The main office is situated on a one way street; there are parking bays along the street. Please be aware there is a limit of 20 minutes parking in the bays.
There are two car parks close to the office; Castle Car Park (follow signs to Civic Centre) and Pontmorlais Car Park (situated at top of High Street). Both car parks are Pay and Display and have disabled access. Please be aware that both car parks are usually full by 9.30am.
If these car parks are full there is the Merthyr Tydfil College car park (across from the Civic Centre) and the town’s Tesco store allows parking for up to 2 hours. Please be aware that no return in two hours will result in a clamp or fine in the Tesco car park.
